Network License
- Set up and managed with our license management tool, Netlic Service
- System requirements: Windows 10 or newer, Windows and Mac clients can both be connected to this license
- MAXQDA license managed on a server for easy distribution in your network.
- Simultaneous use by as many clients as seats purchased / access by double the number of clients as seats purchased.
Single User License
- A personal MAXQDA license for individual users with up to 2 computers.
- 2 computers belonging to a single user. Installations may not be used simultaneously and only by that user.
Important to know about Subscription Licenses
Contract
- The subscription is valid for 1 year (beginning on the date of purchase).
- The contract automatically renews each year on the annual subscription date until you cancel it.
Cancellation
- Contracts have to be cancelled at least 2 months before the end of the subscription.
Information for users
- Subscription licenses include free upgrades to new versions of the software, which are sent directly to end users by VERBI.
Price Levels
- Academia:
Academia pricing is available for educational institutions (universities, colleges, schools, etc.) and their employees.
- Non-Profit:
Non-Profit license pricing applies to public institutions (governmental agencies, charitable organizations, non-profits, etc.) and their employees.
- Business:
Business pricing applies to all costumers except those meeting the criteria for academia or non-profit
