Corel's educational and public research licensing program gives you the choice of owning or renting the software. Below is a brief overview of the licensing options available.

CTL - Corel Transactional License Academic

License unlimited use for an unlimited period of time
Optional maintenance: Upgrade Protection, Premium Technical Support, Multilingual and Backward Compatibility (=downgrade right, only one version back!)
Several price levels guarantee a coherent price-performance ratio

CASL - Corel Academic Site License

Available as a standard or premium license with a choice of graphics, multimedia and utilities (including CorelDRAW Graphics Suite)
Rental license for one or three years
Upgrade protection
Price levels depend on the number of employees
Private use of software products by employees
For research and teaching institutions
Incl. CorelDRAW licenses for students

CCL - Corel Contractual License Academic

Unfortunately, the Corel Contractual Licenses (CCL) are no longer available as of 01.07.2022. If you were previously entitled to purchase licenses from the CCL license programme, you can now obtain your licenses from the CTL license programme.

For larger purchase quantities, we will be happy to provide you with an offer for the Site License CASL as a comparison.

CorelDRAW School Bag with templates for school newspaper, annual report and posters

Corel - Single-user versions

Temporally unlimited individual licenses
No central software management account
